Is sleep costing you the edge?
Learn how to recharge in 20min a day, even if you can't sleep.
Hi, I'm Gladys
I’m a certified yoga therapist guiding individuals towards greater well-being. My own journey with yoga began over 14 years ago rather unexpectedly at a time when life was feeling precarious and stressful. It didn’t take long before I experienced the profound impact yoga could have on physical and mental health – especially sleep!
Frustrated by years of insomnia, I embarked on an exploration to find natural ways to rest deeply and improve my sleep. Today, I’m passionate about empowering others to overcome sleep challenges and cultivate lasting peace through the power of yoga therapy.
Curious to learn more about my story and qualifications? Read my story to see how my unique approach can help you achieve restful sleep and a more vibrant life.

In this episode of the RAW recordings podcasts, I’m in conversation with Sabrina Böhmer where we share our vision and work as yoga therapists.
We dive deep into understanding the transformative power of yoga therapy – what it is, how we can help, its unique methods to achieve overall health, wellbeing, and joy. We also reminisce on our first experiences of yoga and how we got to that first class. If you’re brand new to yoga and on the fence about trying this new practice, this one is for you! Join us as we unpack how to use movement as a tool for mental, emotional, and physical healing, and the importance of building your own “Mindful Menu”.
