Hi, I'm Gladys!

I’m a certified yoga therapist guiding individuals towards greater well-being so that they can live a joyful and vibrant life. Imagine waking up full of energy, feeling good in your own skin and comfortable in your body, ready to embrace the day to come!

Yes, this is achievable! But let’s be honest, it’s a process. With the right tools, methods and some basic understanding of our physiology, each one of us truly has the power to transform their life for the better. And if you ask me, it all starts by looking after our sleep.

I can testify to that from my own personal journey which began over 14 years ago rather unexpectedly, at a time when life was feeling precarious and stressful. Frustrated by years of insomnia, I embarked on an exploration to find natural ways to rest deeply and improve my sleep. Today, I’m passionate about empowering others to overcome sleep challenges and cultivate lasting peace through the power of yoga.

In this programme, I share with you the most effective strategy I’ve developed (and been using for years!) to fall asleep faster and improve the quality of my sleep to move through life full of energy and confidence. I also expose scientific research explaining why it is so efficient and give you valuable practical tips so that you can learn how to adjust your sleep routine to your own circumstances.
